My name is Otto Orondaam

Otto Orondaam is a young African born and raised in Nigeria, a country he has so much believe in. He has a bachelor’s degree in Human Anatomy from the University of Port Harcourt and holds an executive masters in project management from CUPE UK and a certificate in Social Change, Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship from the United Nations University for Peace, Costa Rica.

Otto Orondaam founded Slum2School Africa in 2012 during his national youth service as an intervention to advocate for and improve access/quality of education for disadvantaged children in slums and remote communities.

His passion to improve the state of his country and continent made him volunteer and work several Non-Profits organizations and International Development Agencies in Nigeria and within African countries since the age of 16, where he assisted in building structures for the implementation developmental projects.

inception, Otto has worked with over 3000 young volunteers from over 25 countries to provide scholarships for over 600 children from various slums and several thousand have benefited from several other health and psycho-social support programs. He also led Campaigns to renovate the dilapidated school in remote communities and equip slum schools with more facilities like the computer room, library, and health center.

Otto Orondaam’s contributions to the social sector has fetched several recognitions like the Lagos state Honors Award as most outstanding corps member in 2012, Nigerian CSR Awards, the Future Awards for innovation in education in 2012 and 2013 consecutively, African sustainable solutions showcase at the African CEO’s Roundtable and was recognized by the Presidency as one of the top 100 Nigerian Youths. Otto Orondaam is a member of the Human Capital Development / Education Committee of the Nigerian Economic Summit Group (NESG), The Education Reform Team and also an Ambassador for Junior Achievement International.

Otto Orondaam is an optimist, globally minded and result driven individual, with a successful background in initiating, implementing and managing developmental projects around Africa. He is a young African who is committed to building sustainable structures and networks of dynamic and committed individuals who will solve Africa's most challenging issues.

He is a passionate social development advocate and consultant with focus around Education, Community Health and Human capital Development and has been actively involved in managing community and social developmental projects for the past 10 years

Alero Otobo

Passionate about collaborating with other platforms to raise an army of social reformers to transform organizations and nations. My goal is to establish Education Hubs across the continent of Africa from which Reform Teams in Education, Health, Government and Media are trained and supported to act as specialized change agents in their sphere of Influence. These Education Hubs act as a place of convergence of like-minded people, and their empowerment for effective implementation of change projects

Tayo Olosunde

A Social Entrepreneur Per Excellence, in the last 6 years, Tayo has been at the vanguard of institutionalizing Social Entrepreneurship as the KEY to massive JOB CREATION for Nigeria Youth, through the identification and leveraging the intercession between Public-Private-Social Sectors for the effective mainstreaming and implementation of Global and National Development Agenda.

He has served as Special Assistant to the Permanent Secretary Federal Ministry of Youth Development and has been the Team Lead for; the National Accelerated Youth Development Programme, Review of the National Youth Policy, UNDP-DGD Effective Participation of Youth in 2015 General Election, MDG's ICT-Education Policy Revitalization Programme (AccessDrive), Professionalizing Youth Work, and many more.

Emrys Ijaola

Over 7 years experience in Credit Risk Management, spanning various sectors of the Nigerian economy, with proficiency in Risk Analysis and Assessment, Risk Administration and Control.
Over 7 years of experience in Business Strategy and Development, Crude oil Marketing and Brokerage, Agricultural Development Planning in grassroots, with extensive hands-on experience in project delivery, product development and marketing, team building and leadership, and business risk/opportunity assessment.
Extensive experience in Electronic Banking, including alternate banking channels development and deployment, internal process management and troubleshooting, transaction and process audit, as well as Operational Risk Management.

Tonye Cole

As an Executive Director of the Sahara Group, Tonye Cole is responsible for the new ventures and business development as well as enforcing corporate ethics and compliance. He also manages and spearheads the Group’s upstream exploration and production activities in West Africa.
He is an alumnus of the University of Lagos and Universidade de Brasilia, Brazil. A merit honours graduate of architecture, Tonye Cole worked as an architect for frontline Brazilian architectural firm Grupo Quartro SA in Goiania Brazil (‘90-‘92) where he was involved in the design and implementation of the urban planning and city development of Palmas, the capital city of the newly created state of Tocantins.
He is happily married to Dr. Sylvia Cole with three children.
His hobbies include riding power bikes and dedicating his life to the service of humanity.

Modupe Adefeso-Olateju

Modupe (Mo) Adefeso-Olateju is Managing Director of The Education Partnership Centre (TEP Centre) and an education policy expert with several years of research experience spanning academia and the private sector. She has led workstreams on a range of education sector support initiatives funded or assisted by international donors and funding agencies such as the UK Department for International Development (DfID), World Bank, Open Society Institute (OSI) and MacArthur Foundation. As a member of the technical team assembled by the Honourable Minister of Education, she wrote a section of the Federal Ministry of Education’s current Strategic Plan for Education (2011-2015).

Olatilewa Babalogbon

Mrs Olatilewa E. Babalogbon (MBA, Marketing) – She is a seasoned banker who has varied experience in various sector of the economy, having worked in different departments of several banks and corporate organizations spanning almost two decades she has risen to top management positions and built growth .
She started her working career with Adland Limited, an advertising agency and worked briefly at the Hole 19 Investments Limited as a manager. She held various leadership roles in UBA and the defunct New Nigeria Bank Plc from 2000-2002. In 2002, she started working in Zenith Bank Plc and has touched various departments and units and rising to the position of a Deputy General Manager.
Mrs Olatilewa Babalogbon is God-fearing, compassionate, with a strong determination to excel and a great passion to help humanity. She has been recognized and awarded at several levels for her impeccable contributions. She is married with children.

Ferdinand Adimefe

Ferdinand Adimefe holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Anatomy from the University of Port Harcourt and has always been committed to social development. His passion for creativity, ideas and strategy led him to study for a Master’s degree at the School of Media and Communication, Pan African University, Lagos. He is currently the CEO of the Creative Nigeria Project and a stunning advocate for innovation and creative change.
